What is Kelda?
Kelda is an AI-powered health insights platform. It analyses your lab results, medications, and supplements to help you understand your health data — backed by clinical research, not generic AI training data.
Is Kelda medical advice?
No. Kelda provides educational health information and analysis. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. AI-generated insights may contain errors. Always discuss your health decisions with a qualified healthcare provider.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is permanent — all your data is removed from our systems.
How do I export my data?
Go to Profile → Export Data in the app. Your data will be downloaded as a portable JSON file.
What AI does Kelda use?
Kelda uses Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI to analyse your health data and generate insights. Your data is encrypted in transit, never used for AI training, and automatically deleted from their systems within 30 days.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Every user’s data is isolated with row-level security. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers. See our Security page for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Profile settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No penalties, no questions.
