Kelda (“the Service”) is a health analysis and education platform operated by Amplify Media Inc. By using Kelda, you agree to these terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

Kelda is an educational and analytical tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information presented by Kelda is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor or other qualified health professional before making changes to your medications, supplements, or health regimen.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Whop). All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of any health data you upload to Kelda, including lab results, medication lists, and supplement information. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal health data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Kelda to: (a) provide medical services to others without appropriate licensure; (b) attempt to access other users' data; (c) reverse engineer or scrape the platform; (d) use the service for any illegal purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kelda is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the service. The service is an analysis tool — clinical decisions must be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
